About the Community of Practice (CoP)


What is a Community of Practice?

A Community of Practice (CoP) is a group of people who share an interest and/or a profession, IN2IT CoP is about internationalization among Higher Education Institutions.


Purpose and target

The IN2IT Community of Practice (CoP) is the place where you can share experiences and ideas about internationalization among Colleges, Universities and Industries or Companies .

Are you a teacher, a researcher or someone interested in this topic? This is the place for you!


Activities of IN2IT Community of Practice (CoP)

The aim of this CoP is to develop international cooperation among Higher Education Institutions in the field of research and didactics.

Your involvement and contribution is important to create and enlarge an effective network able to improve internationalization capabilities of Universities!

Join us and:

  • Read the topics posted on the forum and add your contribution;
  • Share your expertise in the field of internazionalization (community tellers section);
  • Discuss and propose new ideas and opportunities for international collaboration: grants, study visits, workshops, courses, international student exchange (community pathfinder section);
  • Help others members by answering their questions;
  • Contribute to activities proposed in the CoP with the objective to concretely build Joint Projects

How is all this structured?

The Community of Practice section is a discussion forum that is organized in 2 main categories: Internazionalization among Higher Education Institutions and About IN2IT community of practice, which contain topics (conversations or discussions) which are made up of individual posts (where a user writes something).

In the Community Tellers section you are warmly invited to share your past experience in the field and your desiderata. The Community Pathfinder section is aimed at discuss and propose concrete ideas of collaboration in the field. The last one, International teams section is a private area for working on the development international academic courses. The access to this area must be requested to an administrator only by people directly involved.
